소개
It's a treat to sit either out on the terrace overlooking the city or inside – in a tastefully decorated dining area blending elegance and trendy chic styling. The ambitious seasonal cuisine has distinct Mediterranean and regional influences. Various set menus feature dishes such as corn-fed Bresse chicken cooked with truffles and served with kohlrabi, chicory and gnocchi or Breton turbot, mashed potatoes with artichokes and baby spinach. The Chef's Table is an interesting affair: counter seating with a view into the kitchen, and a surprise menu. Good wine list. Comfortable apartments are available for a stylish stay. N.B. The property is accessed via a narrow private road.
