Run by Tommy R. Möbius and his wife, this small restaurant makes a chic impression. In this modern and tastefully designed space, she leads the service with warmth, professionalism and a personal touch. In the evening, the chef-patron creates bold and ambitious cuisine based on classical foundations. Dishes such as “WALD.WASSER – wild mushroom consommé, stuffed paccheri, caraway crisp” or “TAFEL ABER SPITZ – grilled veal topside from Höllerschmid, spinach, rösti, apple and horseradish sauce, jellied stock” are served as a set menu or à la carte. Simpler menu at lunchtime. Tip: Delicatessen items can be purchased to take home. In addition, there are regular themed dinner menus and cookery courses.
