소개
This is a pleasant alternative to the two-star restaurant Esplanade in the tastefully designed boutique hotel of the same name. Modern cuisine made with seasonal ingredients is served in two three- or four-course set menus; these change on a weekly basis and one is vegetarian. Le petit CINQ takes up residence in the beautiful rooms of the fine dining restaurant when the latter is closed – Sunday to Tuesday, you can eat both lunch and dinner here. David Wottke, long-time sous chef to Esplanade's head chef Silio Del Fabro, is in charge of the kitchen.
