소개
The eighth floor of the Loeser & Wolff building affords magnificent views of Potsdamer Platz and the city beyond. When Peter Maria Schnurr took over the kitchen, he brought with him his book entitled cuisine passion légère – the very approach that previously garnered two MICHELIN stars during his time at Falco in Leipzig. His cuisine is exceptionally inventive, presenting intriguing dishes that, while complex, convey an outstanding sense of harmony. The commitment to using only top-quality ingredients is clear, for example in the perfectly cooked, full-flavoured blue lobster and the elegant A5 Wagyu beef accompanied by braised Belgian endive finished under the grill with spicy sobrasada and a red berry sauce with well-balanced acidity. Choose between two set menus: “Menü Spezial” and the vegetarian “Vegetable Love” – both can be complemented by the chef's personal classic of “Langoustine 'Annika Maria' 2006”. Named after his daughter, this signature dish is served in person by the man himself. Attentive and professional service, with astute wine recommendations from an extensive international list. All of this is yours to enjoy in a stylish setting with an open kitchen and bar. From the seats at the counter, you can watch the chefs in action.
