소개
Established in 1904, this family-run restaurant is now in its fourth generation, with Philipp Diergardt now at the helm. He is passionate about cooking up traditional, seasonal cuisine that draws on locally sourced ingredients. The extensive menu is extremely appealing, making it difficult to choose. In addition to the fairly priced set menu (“Heimatmenü”), there are also classics such as bouillabaisse or Wiener schnitzel, as well as weekly specials that change with the seasons and dishes for two or more people. Wine connoisseurs will find plenty to enjoy here, and all reasonably priced. The fine selection of high-end German wines and French vintages is of particular note. Then there is the tasteful country house ambience, gorgeous terrace and attentive service.
