소개
oma & enkel (“grandma & grandchild”) is the culinary concept at this bistro in the long-established Posthotel. The name symbolises a bridging of the gap between the generations, from the traditional to the modern. Recipes of yesteryear are brought up to date and classics of Franconian cuisine are given a contemporary twist. In a pleasingly laid-back atmosphere, choose between “Franconian tapas”, the “Signature Menu” or the “Duck Menu”. Don't miss out on the Franconian bouillabaisse or the apricot dumplings.
오마 앤 엥켈(“할머니와 손주”)은 오래된 포스트호텔에 있는 이 비스트로의 요리 개념이다. 이름은 전통과 현대를 잇는 세대 간의 다리를 상징한다. 예전의 레시피를 현대적으로 재해석하고 프랑코니아(프랑코니아 지역의) 전통 요리의 클래식에 현대적인 변화를 주었다. 편안한 분위기에서 “프랑코니아 타파스”, “시그니처 메뉴” 또는 “오리 메뉴” 중에서 선택할 수 있다. 프랑코니아 부야베스(해산물 스튜)와 살구 만두는 꼭 맛봐야 한다.
