Bearing its name of old, this modern restaurant carries on the tradition of the original 19C Zum Adler inn. Today it is lovely and light inside, with a smart and minimalist decor. The focus lies squarely on high-quality meat, such as Wagyu beef steak. Fish and vegan options also available. At lunchtime there is a smaller offer with a reasonably priced lunch menu - but you can also choose from the steak menu.

오래된 이름을 가진 이 현대적인 레스토랑은 19세기 원래의 줌 아들러 여관의 전통을 이어가고 있다. 오늘날 내부는 아늑하고 밝으며, 세련되고 미니멀한 인테리어가 돋보인다. 주로 고급 고기에 집중하고 있으며, 와규 소고기 스테이크가 그중 하나다. 생선 요리와 채식 옵션도 제공된다. 점심 시간에는 합리적인 가격의 점심 메뉴가 제공되며, 스테이크 메뉴에서도 선택할 수 있다.
