The kitchen serves up a fine selection of dishes made from regional and international ingredients, from which you can choose a three- to six-course menu. The à la carte menu includes appetising dishes such as "beef tartare, anchovies, brioche, caviar" and "turbot, wild cauliflower, capers". The hotel of the same name has comfortable and tastefully decorated guestrooms. The central location is another trump card.
