In his restaurant on the edge of the pretty town centre, Fabio Galizia (previously junior sous-chef at the restaurant of Schloss Schauenstein in Fürstenau) serves up a winning combination of Italian and French cuisine with a combination of seasonal influences. Order à la carte or opt for a set menu comprising four or five courses. The waitstaff are attentive and adept; excellent wine recommendations are provided by sommelier Anja Körber. The modern yet cosy interior is appealing. In summer, make a beeline for the terrace in front of the building or the courtyard.

아름다운 시내 중심부에 위치한 그의 식당에서, 파비오 갈리치아(이전에는 퓌르스텐아우에 있는 슐로스 샤우엔슈타인 레스토랑의 주니어 수셰프)가 계절의 영향을 반영한 이탈리아와 프랑스 요리의 환상적인 조합을 선보인다. 단품 주문이나 네 가지 또는 다섯 가지 코스로 구성된 세트 메뉴를 선택할 수 있다. 웨이팅 직원들은 세심하고 능숙하며, 소믈리에인 안야 케르버가 훌륭한 와인 추천을 해준다. 현대적이면서도 아늑한 인테리어가 매력적이다. 여름에는 건물 앞 테라스나 마당으로 바로 가는 것이 좋다.
