With Hiroshi Sakai at the helm here, you're in the hands of a real sushi master. This basement restaurant is done out in authentic Japanese style: sleek and minimalist. From the seats at the counter, you can watch the food being prepared. They serve an omakase menu, which also comes in a vegan version. The service comes courtesy of a very friendly and professional front-of-house team. Great sake selection.
