This trendy, casual eatery could be described as a "Japanese Palatine pub". Benjamin Peifer (known from his Restaurant Intense in Kallstadt) offers an excellent fusion of local and Japanese cuisine in the guise of his "Omakase" single set menu. Note: No walk-ins. The typical Japanese izakaya bar cover charge "Otoshi" will be billed. Extensive choice of wines in the adjoining wine shop, Rohstoff.
