After the fire in early 2020, the Köhlerstube can now be experienced as an interesting temporary “pop-up” restaurant with a lively and informal yet sophisticated ambience. The chef prepares modern German cuisine with strong Asian influences, including a few vegetarian options. Friendly and well-trained serving staff, a fantastic, reasonably priced wine list, and splendid views of the valley.

2020년 초 화재 이후, 쾨를러스튜베는 지금 흥미로운 임시 “팝업” 레스토랑으로 변신했다. 생동감 넘치고 캐주얼하지만 세련된 분위기를 느낄 수 있다. 셰프는 강한 아시아 영향을 받은 현대 독일 요리를 선보이며, 몇 가지 채식 옵션도 제공한다. 친절하고 잘 훈련된 서빙 직원들이 있으며, 환상적이고 가격도 적당한 와인 리스트와 멋진 계곡 전망이 있다.
