By no means a lesser version of Steinheuer, this is a restaurant in its own right where everything is cooked fresh. Taking its cue from the seasons, the menu features regional classics and international dishes. The same well-stocked wine list is presented here as in the fine dining restaurant. Dine in the cosy interior, or head out to the delightful leafy terrace. For overnight stays, there are double rooms available in the main building, as well as a comfortable guesthouse.

스테인하우어보다 결코 뒤떨어지지 않는 이곳은 신선한 요리가 제공되는 독립적인 레스토랑이다. 계절에 따라 다양한 메뉴가 마련되어 있으며, 지역 특선 요리와 세계 각국의 요리를 즐길 수 있다. 고급 레스토랑과 동일하게 잘 갖춰진 와인 리스트도 제공된다. 아늑한 내부에서 식사를 하거나, 매력적인 나무가 우거진 테라스로 나가서 여유를 즐길 수 있다. 숙박을 원할 경우 본관에 있는 더블룸과 아늑한 게스트하우스에서 편안한 숙소를 이용할 수 있다.
