After almost 30 years in Mallorca, Czech-born Martin Sklenar and his wife Lucie swapped the Balearic island for the vineyards of Oberkirch. Here, they propose an interesting blend of regional (Baden), Mallorcan and Bohemian-inspired cuisine. This is served in a cosy interior with a slightly rustic feel, or out on the wonderful terrace known as the Weinberggarten. The ingredient-led dishes can be accompanied by your choice of wine from a predominantly regional selection.

거의 30년을 마요르카에서 보낸 체코 태생의 마르틴 스클레나르와 그의 아내 루치에는 발레아르 제도를 떠나 오버키르흐의 포도밭으로 이사했다. 여기서 그들은 지역(바덴), 마요르카, 그리고 보헤미안에서 영감을 받은 흥미로운 요리들을 선보인다. 이 요리는 아늑한 분위기의 약간 소박한 실내에서 혹은 웨인베르크가르텐이라고 불리는 멋진 테라스에서 제공된다. 식재료 중심의 요리들은 주로 지역에서 온 다양한 와인과 함께 즐길 수 있다.
