Housed in Naturhotel Rebling, in a beautiful and peaceful location surrounded by idyllic countryside, this elegant little restaurant serves classic cuisine as a set menu comprising five to seven courses in the evening. The dishes are clearly structured and coherent, without unnecessary frills; instead, the flavours of the excellent ingredients are skillfully accentuated. Hostess and sommelier Katharina Schwingshackl always has the perfect wine recommendation up her sleeve. With her graceful and pleasantly unobtrusive approach, she is a consummate professional who provides service with a personal touch.
