The ambience is friendly, the service cordial (the chefs, too, are always present) and the food really good. In addition to regional dishes such as the Rostbraten Schlegelhof Art, there are ambitious dishes exuding finesse, such as the Arctic char with chanterelles and black mountain lentils. Interesting wine selection. It is a pleasure to sit on the terrace or in the spacious meadow to the rear.

분위기가 아늑하고, 서비스도 친절하다 (주방장들도 항상 자리에 있다). 음식은 정말 훌륭하다. 로스트 브라텐 슐레겔호프 스타일 같은 지역 요리 외에도, 아크틱 찰과 같은 섬세함이 느껴지는 야심 찬 요리도 있다. 이 요리는 송로버섯과 검은 렌틸콩과 함께 제공된다. 흥미로운 와인 셀렉션도 있다. 테라스나 뒤쪽의 넓은 잔디밭에 앉아 있는 것도 즐거운 일이다.
