Trendy and elegant Schattbuch is a firm fixture in the Allgäu fine dining scene. The kitchen team prepares modern dishes, always staying true to the region and consistently using high-quality ingredients. In the evening, there are two menus (one of them vegetarian) and a small à la carte selection. At lunchtime, in addition to more affordable daily specials, you can also order from the evening menu. Restaurant manager Christian Marz adds his personal flair to the friendly atmosphere and service that's both casual and expertly delivered. Head for the terrace in summer.

트렌디하고 우아한 샤트부흐는 알골 지역의 고급 다이닝 씬에서 확고한 자리잡고 있는 레스토랑이다. 주방 팀은 현대적인 요리를 준비하며, 언제나 지역성을 잃지 않고 고품질 재료를 지속적으로 사용한다. 저녁에는 두 가지 메뉴(그중 하나는 채식 메뉴)와 소규모의 단품 메뉴가 준비된다. 점심 시간에는 좀 더 저렴한 일일 특선 외에도 저녁 메뉴에서 주문할 수 있다. 레스토랑 매니저인 크리스티안 마르츠는 친근한 분위기와 편안하면서도 전문적인 서비스를 더해 개인적인 매력을 발산한다. 여름에는 테라스로 나가보는 것도 추천한다.
