The historical Rührberger Hof estate, which is home to this long-established family business, has been around since 1902. The fact that it was once used for farming is no longer apparent today. The pleasingly modern interior is an attractive setting in which to savour the excellent cuisine of brothers Christoph und Felix Düster. This is based on classical foundations and takes its cue from the region and the seasons. At lunchtime, the reasonably priced set menu of the day is very popular. There are also well-kept contemporary-style guestrooms.

역사 깊은 뤼르베르거 호프 농장, 이 오랜 가족 사업의 본거지는 1902년부터 운영되고 있다. 한때 농업 용도로 사용되었던 흔적은 이제 찾아보기 힘들다. 현대적이고 세련된 인테리어는 크리스토프와 펠릭스 뷔스터 형제의 뛰어난 요리를 맛볼 수 있는 매력적인 공간을 제공한다. 요리는 전통적인 기반 위에서 지역과 계절의 영향을 받아 완성된다. 점심시간에는 저렴한 가격의 오늘의 세트 메뉴가 매우 인기가 많다. 또한 잘 관리된 현대적인 스타일의 객실도 마련되어 있다.
