This family-run business is now in its fourth generation. Behind a smart half-timbered façade, diners can choose from seasonal cuisine with some international influences and classics with a connection to the region. There are guestrooms done out in a modern Black Forest style. If you fancy a little excursion, the monastery complex and brewery are both within easy walking distance.

이 가족 운영의 사업은 지금 네 번째 세대에 접어들었다. 세련된 반목조 외관 뒤에서 손님들은 계절별 요리와 국제적인 영향을 받은 요리, 그리고 이 지역과 연결된 고전 요리 중에서 선택할 수 있다. 객실은 현대적인 블랙 포레스트 스타일로 꾸며져 있다. 작은 외출을 하고 싶다면, 수도원 단지와 양조장은 도보 5분 거리 안에 있다.
