An impressive cross vault, elegant dark tones, designer elements, works of art – these former stables overlooking the city and a stone's throw from the New Castle have been stylishly converted. Drawing on modern influences, a three- to eight-course set menu is served – Beef tartare (classically prepared at the table) is available as an optional extra course. There is also a chic bar for an aperitif or digestif. Tip: You can reach the restaurant from the pedestrian area via the Burgstaffeln steps. There are several car parking spaces in front of the restaurant.

인상적인 교차 아치, 우아한 어두운 색조, 디자이너 요소들, 예술 작품들 – 도시를 내려다보며 신성(Neues Schloss)에서 가까운 이곳의 옛 마구간이 세련되게 변신했다. 현대적인 요소를 반영하여, 3코스에서 8코스까지의 세트 메뉴가 제공된다. 비프 타르타르(고기를 테이블에서 클래식하게 준비하는 요리)는 선택할 수 있는 추가 코스로 제공된다. 아페리티프나 디제스티프(식사 후 음료)를 즐길 수 있는 세련된 바도 있다. 팁: 보행자 전용 지역에서 부르크스태플렌(Burgstaffeln) 계단을 내려가면 이 레스토랑에 도착할 수 있다. 레스토랑 앞에 여러 대의 주차 공간도 마련되어 있다.
