The second part of mural farmhouse is a laid-back bistro, which also places the emphasis on sustainability and regionality. Produce sourced from the surrounding area as well as from their own raised garden beds on the roof of the associated hotel WunderLocke are turned into delicious, fuss-free and expressive dishes under the leadership of chef Rico Birndt. They have a terrific selection of wines – all organic or biodynamic and from first-class producers.

벽화 농장의 두 번째 부분은 편안한 비스트로로, 지속 가능성과 지역성을 강조한다. 주변 지역에서 수확한 농산물과 호텔 원더로크(WunderLocke) 옥상에 있는 자가 재배한 화단에서 자란 신선한 재료들이 쉐프 리코 비른트(Rico Birndt)의 지도 아래 맛있고 간편하며 개성이 넘치는 요리로 변신한다. 이곳은 훌륭한 와인 선택이 있는데, 모두 유기농 또는 생물 역동 농법으로 재배된 품질 좋은 생산자들의 와인이다.
