Located in a small park, the Kieler Kaufmann hotel is accommodated in a building that was originally a banker's mansion, the first iteration of which was built in 1859. This is the hotel's relaxed, laid-back restaurant alternative to Ahlmanns. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view out onto the greenery, and the service is friendly and competent. The menu is characterised by North German influences and inspired by modern cuisine. The lunch deal is also popular.

작은 공원에 위치한 키엘러 카우프만 호텔은 원래 은행가의 저택이었던 건물에 자리 잡고 있다. 이 건물의 첫 번째 버전은 1859년에 지어졌다. 이곳은 아흘만스보다 편안하고 여유로운 분위기의 레스토랑이다. 바닥부터 천장까지 이어지는 창문은 푸른 자연을 감상할 수 있게 해주며, 서비스도 친절하고 능숙하다. 메뉴는 북독일의 영향을 받았고 현대적인 요리에서 영감을 얻었다. 점심 특별 메뉴도 인기가 많다.
