This restaurant is in a sense the younger sibling of ernst, Dylan Watson-Brawn and Spencer Christenson's restaurant. Its interior is minimalist and sleek, the atmosphere youthful and laid-back. The kitchen, which is visible behind the counter, sends out creative dishes, which are also available in the form of a tasting menu in the evening, if booked in advance. A shorter lunch menu is served at weekends. You can also come for breakfast and brunch, as well as coffee, pastries and snacks during the day.

이 식당은 어찌 보면 에른스트의 동생 같은 곳이다. 딜런 와트슨-브라운과 스펜서 크리스텐슨이 운영하는 이곳의 인테리어는 미니멀하고 세련되었으며, 분위기는 젊고 편안하다. 카운터 뒤에서 보이는 주방에서는 창의적인 요리가 만들어지며, 저녁 시간에는 미리 예약하면 테이스팅 메뉴 형태로도 즐길 수 있다. 주말에는 짧은 점심 메뉴도 제공된다. 아침과 브런치, 그리고 낮 동안에는 커피, 페이스트리, 간단한 스낵도 즐길 수 있다.
