The atmosphere is welcoming and lively, and the food is great – it's no wonder that people come back again and again. The menu features dishes from Alsace and Baden, with mouthwatering options such as "coq au vin à la chef", beef sirloin served with roasted onions and spaetzle, or Baden-style pike dumplings. They also do Flammkuchen. There is outdoor seating to the front of the building.

분위기는 아늑하고 활기차며, 음식도 훌륭해서 사람들이 계속 찾아오는 이유를 알 수 있다. 메뉴는 알자스와 바덴 지역의 요리를 포함하고 있으며, "셰프의 코크 오 뱅" (와인에 조리한 닭), 구운 양파와 슈페츨레(독일식 국수)가 곁들여진 소 불고기, 또는 바덴 스타일의 쏨뱅이(강한 향이 나는 피크를 사용한 만두) 같은 군침 도는 요리가 있다. 플람쿠헨(얇은 피자 스타일의 전통 요리)도 제공한다. 건물 앞에는 야외 좌석도 마련되어 있다.
