With great dedication, the Hopmanns have been running this friendly, sleek, modern restaurant for over 20 years – Ingo heads up the kitchen; Petra is in charge front of house. Based on classical foundations, the cuisine is seasonal and draws on Mediterranean inspirations. One of the classics is, for example, gently braised lamb shank. In summer, you can also take advantage of the gorgeous terrace. Tip: The adjoining historical engine shed is an ideal location to book for events.

호프만 가족은 20년 넘게 이 아늑하고 세련된 현대식 레스토랑을 운영해왔다. 잉고가 주방을 책임지고, 페트라가 프런트에서 고객을 맞이하고 있다. 요리는 고전적인 기초 위에 계절마다 변화를 주며 지중해의 영향을 받는다. 그중 하나의 클래식 메뉴는 부드럽게 조리된 양고기 정강이살이다. 여름에는 멋진 테라스를 이용할 수 있다. 팁: 인근에 위치한 역사적인 기관차 창고는 이벤트를 예약하기에 최적의 장소다.
