This modern restaurant is housed in a pretty villa dating back to 1816. The Hartmaier family and their team have been serving up good food here for many years. The menu is wide-ranging, characterised by seasonal, regional and international influences – from Zwiebelrostbraten (steak with onion rings), beans with bacon and roast potatoes to wild-caught Icelandic redfish fillet with pak choi and spinach and ricotta ravioli. At lunchtime, people flock here for the bargain set menu with a choice of starters and mains. The feel of the place is both elegant and more casual, with a lovely leafy terrace in front of the building. Tip: You can buy wines to take home at their Vinothek.
