This former monastery makes for a wonderful setting. In what was once the cattle shed, the impressive Bohemian vaulted ceiling has been incorporated into the modern interior design, with a centrally positioned open kitchen. Out in the courtyard of the Cistercian monastery, there is a lovely terrace, slightly separated from the beer garden. The menu is varied, featuring dishes with a modern twist and made with sustainably produced (organic) regional produce. Options include dishes from the Josper grill, as well as vegetarian and vegan alternatives. Lunchtime buffet.

이 옛 수도원은 멋진 분위기를 자아낸다. 한때 축사였던 공간에는 인상적인 보헤미안 양식의 천장이 현대적인 인테리어 디자인에 잘 어우러져 있고, 중앙에는 오픈 키친이 자리 잡고 있다. 시스티나 수도원의 안뜰에는 사랑스러운 테라스가 있어 맥주 정원과 약간 떨어져 있다. 메뉴는 다양하며, 현대적인 변화를 준 요리들이 지속 가능한 방식으로 생산된 지역의 유기농 재료로 만들어진다. 요프서 그릴에서 구운 요리와 채식 및 비건 옵션도 포함되어 있다. 점심 뷔페도 제공된다.
