For years this has been a favourite in the city, drawing plenty of loyal regulars and newcomers alike. In his cosy restaurant in the Degerloch neighbourhood, Patrick Giboin presents his take on classic French cuisine both as a set menu and à la carte. Vegetarians are also well catered for, and children's menus are available, too. At lunchtime during the week, the prices are somewhat lower – the Zwiebelrostbraten (fried beef and onions in gravy) is especially popular. Tables on the terrace are coveted in summer.

몇 년째 이곳은 도시에서 인기 있는 맛집으로, 충성도 높은 단골손님과 새로운 손님들을 모두 끌어모으고 있다. 패트릭 지부앙은 데거로흐 지역에 있는 아늑한 레스토랑에서 클래식 프랑스 요리를 세트 메뉴와 단품 요리로 선보인다. 채식주의자들도 잘 배려되어 있으며, 어린이 메뉴도 준비되어 있다. 주중 점심시간에는 가격이 조금 낮아지며, 특히 즈비벨로스트브라텐(양파 소스를 곁들인 소고기와 양파 튀김)이 인기가 많다. 여름철에는 테라스의 자리가 매우 인기가 있다.
