"AS" refers to the lakeside location (am See) as well as to owner and head chef Andreas Staack. In this inviting cross between a wine bar and a bistro, the affable chef-patron proposes a modern five-course menu featuring dishes such as venison fillet, wild broccoli, cranberry jus. This restaurant is nestled in a side street in a quiet, leafy residential area, a stone's throw from Kurpark Bad Saarow. Lovely terrace.

"AS"는 호숫가 위치(암 제)와 소유자이자 수석 셰프인 안드레아스 스타크를 모두 의미한다. 와인 바와 비스트로의 매력이 결합된 이곳에서 친근한 주방장이 현대적인 오프 코스 다섯 가지 메뉴를 제안하는데, 메뉴에는 사슴 고기 안심, 야생 브로콜리, 크랜베리 소스가 포함된다. 이 레스토랑은 조용하고 나무가 우거진 주택가의 한쪽 거리, 쿨파크 바트 자로우(Kurpark Bad Saarow)에서 아주 가까운 곳에 위치해 있다. 아늑한 테라스가 있다.
