Susanne and Volker Aldinger skilfully combine traditional and contemporary here. The food is really tasty, from the à la carte menu to "Giblets Week", and nasi goreng (Indonesian fried rice) is also on the menu. You should definitely try the Swabian potato salad or the Flädlesuppe (pancake soup). Tip: the wines from their own winery!

수잔나와 볼커 알딩거는 전통과 현대를 멋지게 결합한다. 음식은 정말 맛있고, 일품 요리 메뉴부터 시작해 "내장주간"까지 다양하며, 나시고랭(인도네시아 볶음밥)도 메뉴에 있다. 슈바벤 감자 샐러드나 플렛들 수프(팬케이크 수프)는 꼭 한번 시도해봐야 한다. 팁: 그들의 와이너리에서 생산한 와인도 추천한다!
