For fans of authentic Italian food, this ristorante makes for a pleasing alternative to JUWEL and WEBERSTUBE, the other two restaurants to be found here in the Hotel BEI SCHUMANN. Soak up the atmosphere in the wonderfully cosy dining area, in which Italian background music brings that feel-good factor, while the team in the open kitchen conjure up delicious fish and meat dishes, as well as classics such as antipasti, pasta and pizza cooked in the brick oven – the pizzas are available in smaller sizes, too. Desserts such as the zabaione di Marsala are also delicious. Speciality in winter: spaghetti from the parmesan cheese wheel. In summer, head for the pleasant terrace overlooking the SEEWUNDERBAR.

정통 이탈리안 음식을 좋아하는 이들에게 이 리스토란테는 호텔 베이 슈만(Hotel BEI SCHUMANN) 내 다른 두 레스토랑인 JUWEL과 WEBERSTUBE에 대한 훌륭한 대안이 된다. 아늑한 식사 공간에서 이탈리아 배경 음악에 취하며 느긋한 분위기를 즐길 수 있고, 오픈 키친에서 팀이 맛있는 생선 요리와 고기 요리, 그리고 안티파스티(전채 요리), 파스타, 벽돌 오븐에서 구운 피자 같은 클래식 요리를 선보인다. 피자는 작은 사이즈로도 제공된다. 마르살라 자바이오네(zabaione di Marsala) 같은 디저트도 일품이다. 겨울 특별 메뉴로는 파르미지아노 치즈 휠에서 만든 스파게티가 있다. 여름에는 세이븐더바르(SEEWUNDERBAR)를 바라보며 쾌적한 테라스에서 즐길 것을 추천한다.
