This modern restaurant has everything you would want from an Italian trattoria: an enjoyably lively vibe, fitting background music and fresh Italian dishes served at small wooden tables! The food revolves around quality ingredients, craftsmanship and flavour – and wallet-friendly prices. There is of course excellent house-made pasta, as in the ravioli with pecorino and fig, black salsify and radicchio. The pizza oven is also fired up in the evening. After dinner, why not take a stroll in the beautiful old town? Incidentally, Ai Pero belongs to PURS Fine Hotels & Restaurants.

이 현대적인 레스토랑은 이탈리안 트라토리아(아늑한 식당)가 제공하는 모든 것을 갖추고 있다: 즐거운 분위기, 어울리는 배경 음악, 그리고 작은 나무 테이블에 제공되는 신선한 이탈리아 요리! 음식은 질 좋은 재료, 장인 정신, 그리고 맛에 중점을 두며, 가격도 부담스럽지 않다. 물론 수제 파스타도 훌륭하다. 특히 페코리노 치즈와 무화과, 검은 샐비어, 그리고 레디키오가 들어간 라비올리가 인기다. 저녁에는 피자 오븐도 가동된다. 저녁 식사 후에는 아름다운 구시가지를 산책해보는 것도 좋겠다. 참고로, 아이 페로는 PURS 파인 호텔 & 레스토랑 본사 소속이다.
