This long-established restaurant enjoys a charming location in the town centre, directly on the Leda River – in summer, the lovely terrace with a view of the museum harbour beckons! Inside, you can expect all the trappings of a traditional inn with the odd rustic maritime touch. Mario E. Brüggemann (who completed his apprenticeship as a chef here) proposes high-quality cuisine at reasonable prices with a strong focus on sustainability. Regional produce goes into dishes such as young herring tartare, plum, tomato – tasty, fresh and pleasingly straightforward! The simpler lunch menu includes a few of the evening options.

이 오랜 역사를 가진 식당은 마을 중심부에 위치해 있으며, 레다 강 바로 옆에 자리 잡고 있다. 여름철에는 박물관 항구가 보이는 멋진 테라스에서 즐길 수 있다! 내부는 전통적인 여관의 분위기를 그대로 느낄 수 있으며, 약간의 소박한 해양 장식이 더해져 있다. 여기서 요리사 수업을 마친 마리오 E. 브뤼겔만은 지속 가능성에 중점을 두고 합리적인 가격에 고품질의 요리를 제공한다. 젊은 청어 타르타르, 자두, 토마토와 같은 지역 농산물이 들어간 요리는 맛있고 신선하며 간결하게 즐길 수 있다! 점심 메뉴는 저녁 메뉴 중 일부를 포함하고 있다.
