In one of the oldest inns in the region, tradition is celebrated, but not at the expense of progress. There are a number of charming dining areas in which to enjoy dishes such as Rindertafelspitz aus dem Kupferpfandl (boiled beef fillet from the copper pot), apple horseradish, chive sauce, creamed spinach and sautéed potatoes and, for dessert, Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake) with plum compote and whipped cream. Order à la carte or opt for the "Signature Menu" for two or more diners.

지역에서 가장 오래된 여관 중 하나에서는 전통을 기념하면서도 발전을 배제하지 않는다. 매력적인 여러 식사 공간이 있어 다음과 같은 요리를 즐길 수 있다: 구리 냄비에서 끓인 소고기 필레인 리인더타펠스피츠(Rindertafelspitz), 사과 고추냉이, 부추 소스, 크림 시금치, 볶은 감자. 후식으로는 자두 컴포트와 휘핑크림을 곁들인 카이저슈마른(Kaiserschmarrn, 잘게 찢은 팬케이크)을 제공한다. 일품 요리를 주문하거나 두 명 이상을 위한 "시그니처 메뉴"를 선택할 수 있다.
