The centuries-old Walk'sche Haus in the heart of Weingarten abounds with charm. Outside it's the pretty half-timbered façade that catches the eye; inside, the combination of sleek modern design and a touch of rusticity makes for a particularly pleasing ambience. Sebastian Syrbe cooks up modern dishes based on classical foundations, such as "onsen egg, soy, spinach, nut butter" or "suckling pig, beetroot, horseradish, chives". You can choose à la carte or opt for a surprise menu comprising four, six or eight courses. Tip: In summer, be sure to get a spot on the gorgeous terrace overlooking the Walzbach stream! For a more wallet-friendly alternative, head to stil|bruch. There are also pleasant guestrooms, should you wish to stay the night here.

오랜 역사를 가진 바흐스케 하우스는 바인가르텐 중심부에서 매력이 넘친다. 외부에서는 아기자기한 반목조 외관이 시선을 사로잡고, 내부는 세련된 현대적 디자인과 소박한 느낌이 조화를 이루어 아주 기분 좋은 분위기를 만들어낸다. 세바스찬 시르베는 "온천 계란, 간장, 시금치, 너트버터"나 "젖소 고기, 비트 뿌리, 고추냉이, 차이브"와 같이 클래식한 기반을 바탕으로 한 현대적인 요리를 선보인다. 메뉴는 일품 요리로 선택할 수도 있고, 4코스, 6코스 또는 8코스로 구성된 서프라이즈 메뉴를 선택할 수도 있다. 여름에는 월츠바흐 개울이 내려다보이는 아름다운 테라스에서 자리를 잡는 것을 잊지 마라! 비용을 좀 더 아끼고 싶다면 stil|bruch를 추천한다. 밤을 묵고 싶으면 아늑한 객실도 마련되어 있다.
