This really is an appealing restaurant. At lunchtime, things are toned down a little, with reasonably priced options (à la carte or a small set menu). In the evening, there is an ambitious set menu that comes in four to six flavourful courses. Head chef Diana Burkel is committed to using locally sourced ingredients. The dedication to sustainability extends to the wine selection – the list is dominated by organic, biodynamic and natural wines. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

정말 매력 있는 레스토랑이다. 점심 시간에는 가격이 합리적인 단품 메뉴나 소규모 정식 메뉴가 있어서 조금 차분한 분위기다. 저녁에는 4코스에서 6코스로 구성된 야심찬 정식 메뉴가 있다. 수석 셰프인 다이나 부르켈은 지역에서 재료를 조달하는 데 헌신하고 있으며, 지속 가능성에 대한 노력이 와인 선택에도 반영되어 있다. 와인 리스트는 유기농, 바이오다이나믹, 내추럴 와인으로 가득 차 있다. 서비스는 친절하고 세심하며, 분위기도 따뜻하게 맞아준다.
