The first floor of the long-established Zur Schwane hotel is home to a wonderfully chic restaurant, whose decor embodies a harmonious blend of old and new. A highly adept kitchen team creates modern dishes with classical foundations, homing in on the essentials: ingredients and flavours. The carefully selected produce is sourced locally if possible, and some even comes from the hotel's garden. The chefs also have a penchant for herbs. Only German wines are served, including some from the restaurant's estate (they are all available by the glass, too). It's definitely worth opting for the suggested pairings for the set menu. There is also a wine shop on site. Attractive, individually styled guestrooms are available.

오래된 전통을 가진 쥐르 슈바네 호텔 1층에는 매우 세련된 레스토랑이 있다. 이곳의 인테리어는 고전적인 요소와 현대적인 감각이 조화를 이루고 있다. 뛰어난 요리팀은 클래식한 기초 위에 현대적인 요리를 창조하며, 재료와 맛의 본질에 집중한다. 선택된 농산물들은 가능하면 지역에서 조달되며, 일부는 호텔의 정원에서 직접 수확한 것이다. 셰프들은 허브에 대한 애정도 많다. 독일산 와인만 제공되며, 레스토랑 소속 와인도 포함되어 있다(모두 잔으로도 주문 가능하다). 세트 메뉴의 추천 와인 페어링을 선택하는 것이 확실히 좋다. 레스토랑 내에는 와인 숍도 마련되어 있다. 매력적이고 개별적으로 스타일링된 객실도 준비되어 있다.
