This bistro, too, is definitely worth a visit. The second dining option in the Weinhaus Uhle hotel is a wine shop and appealing restaurant that is open all day long. Seated at bare wooden tables in an attractive space, you are served dishes such as "Der Gemüsegarten" (The Vegetable Garden), "Der Uhlsche Klops" (dumpling filled with veal) or Müritz zander. Chef Marcel Kube and his team use regional ingredients wherever possible. There is also a decent wine list. In summer, tables are set up on the street out front.

이 비스트로도 꼭 방문해볼 만한 곳이다. 와인하우스 우흘(Weinhaus Uhle) 호텔의 두 번째 식사 옵션은 하루 종일 운영되는 와인 매장과 매력적인 레스토랑이다. 매력적인 공간의 나무 테이블에 앉으면 "야채 정원"(Der Gemüsegarten), "우흘식 만두"(Der Uhlsche Klops, 송아지 고기로 속을 채운 만두) 또는 뮈리츠 잔더(Müritz zander) 같은 요리를 제공받는다. 셰프 마르셀 쿠베와 그의 팀은 가능한 한 지역 재료를 사용한다. 그리고 괜찮은 와인 리스트도 마련되어 있다. 여름철에는 입구 바깥에 테이블이 마련된다.
