This smart restaurant proposes a surprise menu comprising four to seven courses, in which good use is made not only of regional but also international ingredients. Diners are treated to dishes such as Atlantic cod with spinach cream, wild broccoli, king oyster mushrooms, walnuts and a Parmesan beurre blanc. A vegan set menu is also available.
