Once a butcher's, now a really pretty little restaurant with a bistro feel. Decorative relics of the past such as tiled floors and stained glass in the ceiling make for a charming interior. Diners also enjoy cordial service and modern, seasonal dishes, served in the form of a four-, five-, or six-course tasting menu. A vegetarian alternative is available, too. In good weather, you can make the most of the lovely terrace laid out in front of the restaurant. The Stube can be booked as a separate room for private events (Nov-Mar).

한때 정육점이었던 이곳은 지금 정말 아기자기한 비스트로 느낌의 예쁜 레스토랑이다. 타일 바닥과 천장의 스테인드 글라스 같은 과거의 장식적인 유물들이 매력적인 인테리어를 만들어낸다. 손님들은 정중한 서비스와 현대적이며 계절에 맞춘 요리를 즐길 수 있는데, 4코스, 5코스, 혹은 6코스로 구성된 테이스팅 메뉴로 제공된다. 채식주의자를 위한 메뉴도 준비되어 있다. 날씨가 좋을 때는 레스토랑 앞에 마련된 멋진 테라스를 최대한 활용할 수 있다. 스투베(Stube)라는 별도의 방은 개인 이벤트를 위해 예약할 수 있다 (11월~3월).
