The trip to the Hegar family's restaurant just outside Bonndorf is definitely worth it! Nestled in a quiet valley, surrounded by woods and meadows, the setting could not be more idyllic. There's an inviting terrace, but you can also enjoy the view from inside. The cuisine is regional and seasonal, including French and Mediterranean influences. The dishes are meticulously crafted and packed with flavour. Great care is taken to source ingredients that reflect the restaurant's commitment to sustainability. The wine list showcases a number of gems from the region, with a special emphasis on Baden Burgundy – the selection of half bottles is excellent. In the hotel of the same name, there are cosy, modern guestrooms and a beautiful sauna house, plus a natural swimming pond. And so that you can really unplug and unwind, there's no Wi-Fi or mobile phone reception!

본도르프 바로 외곽에 위치한 헤가르 가족 레스토랑은 꼭 가볼 만한 곳이다! 숲과 초원에 둘러싸인 조용한 계곡에 자리 잡고 있어 경치가 정말 아름답다. 아늑한 테라스도 있지만, 실내에서도 멋진 전망을 즐길 수 있다. 요리는 지역의 제철 재료를 사용한 프랑스식과 지중해식이 어우러져 있다. 각 요리는 세심하게 준비되어 맛이 가득하다. 지속 가능성을 중요시하는 레스토랑의 철학을 반영해 신선한 재료를 엄선하는 데 많은 노력을 기울인다. 와인 리스트에는 이 지역의 보석 같은 와인이 다양하게 소개되어 있으며, 특히 baden 부르고뉴 지역 와인이 강조된다. 하프 보틀 옵션도 훌륭하다. 같은 이름의 호텔에는 아늑하고 현대적인 객실이 마련되어 있고, 아름다운 사우나도 있으며, 자연 수영장이 있다. 진정으로 휴식을 취하고 싶다면 Wi-Fi나 휴대전화 신호가 없으니 더욱 좋다!
