Schillingshof has been around since 1648. The family business takes pride in providing first-rate hospitality. Behind the spruce half-timbered façade, you will find an elegant interior where diners enjoy attentive and cordial service and, last but not least, classic cuisine. Made using carefully selected ingredients, the dishes are pared down to the essentials. There are various set menus and tempting à la carte options such as confit char on a bed of mussel risotto with lime foam, or veal fillet "saltimbocca" with rosemary gnocchi, vegetables and sauce divine. The wine list is also fantastic – sometimes, a Mediterranean antipasti platter and a good bottle of wine are all you need. Lovely guestrooms.

슐링스호프는 1648년부터 운영되어 온 곳이다. 이 가족 경영 사업은 1급 환대를 제공하는 것을 자랑한다. 스프루스(가문비나무)로 된 반목조 외관 뒤에는 우아한 내부가 자리잡고 있어, 손님들은 세심하고 친절한 서비스를 누리며, 마지막으로 클래식 요리를 즐길 수 있다. 신중하게 선택된 재료로 만들어진 요리는 본질에 집중해 간결하게 구성되어 있다. 다양한 세트 메뉴와 함께 라임 폼을 얹은 홍합 리소토 위에 올린 오리살라미(구운 송어)나 로즈마리 뇨키, 채소, 신의 소스와 함께 제공되는 송아지 필레 '살팀보카' 같은 매력적인 일품 메뉴도 있다. 와인 리스트도 환상적이다 – 가끔은 지중해식 전채 요리와 좋은 와인 한 병이면 충분할 때도 있다. 아늑한 객실도 마련되어 있다.
