The cosiness and rustic charm of the Rôtisserie at the upscale Jagdhof Glashütte hotel are almost unparalleled – a wealth of wood panelling and beams, a roaring fireplace and the decorative remnants of what was perhaps the original kitchen all play their part. Factor in the amiable and attentive front-of-house team, too. Chef Petar Popovic delivers a wide range of classics. Excellent recommendations include "Petar's bouillabaisse" and the char-grilled veal chop with fresh chanterelles.

고급 호텔인 야크드호프 글라슈테의 로티세리의 아늑함과 소박한 매력은 거의 비교할 수 없다. 나무 패널과 기둥, 불타오르는 벽난로, 아마도 원래 주방의 장식적인 잔재가 모두 그 매력을 더한다. 친절하고 세심한 직원들도 빼놓을 수 없는 요소다. 셰프 페타르 포포비치는 다양한 클래식 요리를 선보인다. 추천 메뉴로는 "페타르의 부야베스"와 신선한 샴피뇽과 함께 구운 송아지 갈비가 있다.
