In an idyllic lakeside location by the Kellersee, this estate was made famous by the Immenhof German cult film series. Today, within the pretty white walls of the manor house, diners tuck into ambitious cuisine in the form of fish and vegetarian/vegan dishes such as pan-seared Norwegian scallop with black salsify, pear and winter truffle, or goat's curd tortellini with beetroot cream, braised chicory and Belper Knolle. The barbecued fish options are sure to whet the appetite. The interior design is delightful: With seven tables, the main room has an elegant and modern feel. There are also two private dining spaces for smaller parties and Jantzens Bar (with cigar lounge), where sushi creations are served. Delightful terrace with a view of the surrounding countryside. Tip: "Teatime" on Sat and Sun. Hotel, riding facilities and farm shop on site.

켈러제 호수 옆에 위치한 이 멋진 저택은 '임멘호프'라는 독일 컬트 영화 시리즈로 유명해졌다. 오늘날, 이 예쁜 흰 벽으로 둘러싸인 대저택 안에서는 야심찬 요리를 즐길 수 있다. 노르웨이 가리비를 검은 뿌리채소, 배, 겨울 트러플과 함께 조리한 요리나 비트크림, 조리한 치커리, 벨퍼 노이레로 만든 염소 치즈 토르텔리니 같은 생선 및 채식/비건 요리가 제공된다. 바비큐로 구운 생선 요리도 입맛을 돋우기에 충분하다. 내부 디자인은 매력적이다: 일곱 개의 테이블로 구성된 메인 룸은 우아하면서도 현대적인 느낌을 준다. 소규모 모임을 위한 두 개의 프라이빗 다이닝 공간과 스시를 제공하는 한잔 바(시가 라운지 포함)도 있다. 주변 경치를 감상할 수 있는 멋진 테라스도 마련되어 있다. 팁: 토요일과 일요일에는 "티타임"도 있다. 호텔, 승마 시설, 농산물 가게가 함께 운영된다.
