A chic bistro vibe, friendly service and good food are the hallmarks of the restaurant of the Hotel Wegner, a family-run business since 1957. The cuisine is modern and takes its cue from the changing seasons. The menu includes dishes such as beef tartare with black garlic, anchovies and caper berries, or cod, beetroot done in two different ways and black salsify. At lunchtime, there is a selection from the evening menu. Tip: Head for the quiet leafy terrace! You can also come for breakfast.
