Not only is Schloss Filseck a museum, cultural centre and venue for events, it is also a hotspot for foodies! The decor is classic in style, incorporating modern touches, A wooden ceiling and quarry-stone walls add an old-fashioned, rustic charm to proceedings. There is also a wonderful terrace in the interior courtyard. Head chef Daniele Corona clearly draws much of his inspiration from Italy and elsewhere in the Mediterranean, creating highly ambitious and multi-faceted dishes such as "Toscana" (Chianina beef, rocket, bagnetto verde). In the evening, the fine dining set menu also comes in a vegetarian version. There is a well-stocked wine list, and the staff provide astute recommendations. The concept is completely different at lunchtime: the "mezzogiorno" lunch deal is simpler and inexpensive. The ree shuttle service within a 20km radius of the castle is really handy.

슐로스 필세크는 박물관, 문화 센터, 이벤트 장소일 뿐만 아니라 미식가들에게도 인기 있는 핫스팟이다! 인테리어는 클래식한 스타일에 현대적인 터치를 가미해, 나무 천장과 석재 벽이 낡은 듯한 소박한 매력을 더해준다. 내부 안뜰에는 아름다운 테라스도 있다. 수석 셰프 다니엘레 코로나는 이탈리아와 지중해 다른 지역에서 많은 영감을 얻어 "토스카나" (키아니나 소고기, 로켓 샐러드, 바녜토 베르데)와 같은 야심 넘치고 다채로운 요리를 만들어낸다. 저녁에는 고급 스러운 코스 메뉴에 채식주의자 버전도 제공된다. 와인 리스트가 잘 갖춰져 있으며, 직원들이 똑똑한 추천을 해준다. 점심시간의 개념은 완전히 다르다: "메조지오르노" 점심 세트는 더 간단하고 가격도 저렴하다. 성에서 20킬로미터 이내의 무료 셔틀 서비스도 정말 유용하다.
