"Regional" is more than just a name here; it's a core principle. Fully committed to sustainability, Timo Plenter and Ina Stuke have been running this tradition-steeped restaurant in the town centre since September 2022. The chef-patron draws on locally sourced seasonal ingredients, and partners with regional suppliers to craft his flavourful dishes. There is a four- to six-course set menu, which also comes in a vegetarian version. A cheese course can be added as an optional extra. The interior decor marries modern and rustic elements. Warm and attentive service. In summer, a few tables are set up in front of the restaurant for al fresco dining.

"지역적"이라는 개념은 여기서 단순한 이름 이상의 의미가 있다. 지속 가능성에 전념하는 티모 플렌터와 이나 스투케는 2022년 9월부터 이 전통이 깃든 레스토랑을 도심에서 운영하고 있다. 셰프는 지역에서 조달한 제철 재료를 사용하고, 지역 공급업체와 협력해 맛있는 요리를 만들어 낸다. 4코스 또는 6코스로 구성된 세트 메뉴가 있으며, 채식주의자 버전도 제공된다. 치즈 코스를 추가 옵션으로 선택할 수 있다. 내부 인테리어는 현대적 요소와 소박한 요소가 조화를 이루고 있다. 따뜻하고 세심한 서비스가 돋보인다. 여름에는 레스토랑 앞에 몇 개의 테이블이 마련되어 야외 다이닝을 즐길 수 있다.
