Chef-patron Daniel C Fischer presents ambitious dishes that meld French and Far Eastern elements with a modern twist. The "Biom" set menu comes in four or six courses. A vegetarian menu can also be arranged with advance notice. The wonderful food is complemented by dedicated, friendly service and expert wine recommendations. The chefs bring their dishes to your table personally. With its chic and modern interior design, the setting is also appealing. The terrace is the perfect spot for an aperitif, digestif or coffee.
