Located in the rural outskirts of Essen, Pierburg has been welcoming diners since 1901. With many years of experience in the top league of gastronomy under her belt, Erika Bergheim is now at the helm, cooking up internationally and seasonally inspired dishes. You can choose from the à la carte selection, named "Pierburg Karte", or opt for the "Selection E.B." set menu – the individual courses can be ordered à la carte, too. There is also an extensive, well-curated wine list. Friendly service and a tasteful contemporary setting, with certain tables affording a glimpse into the kitchen. Gorgeous terrace.

에센의 외곽 시골 지역에 위치한 피어부르크는 1901년부터 손님을 맞이해왔다. 다년간 최고의 요리계에서 쌓은 경험을 바탕으로 에리카 베르그하임이 지금 주방을 이끌고 있으며, 국제적이고 계절에 맞는 요리를 선보인다. "피어부르크 카드"라는 이름의 단품 메뉴에서 선택하거나 "선택 E.B."라는 코스 메뉴를 선택할 수 있다. 개별 요리는 단품으로도 주문 가능하다. 그리고 잘 구성된 와인 리스트도 준비되어 있다. 친절한 서비스와 세련된 현대적인 분위기에서 일부 테이블은 주방이 보이는 전망을 제공한다. 아름다운 테라스도 있다.
