The name of this restaurant in the well-heeled Westend district is taken from the Proto-Indo-European for "fish", so it will come as no surprise that the cuisine is fish- and seafood-driven. The chef-owner spent time in Asia (including Singapore and Japan), before setting up shop here, and influences from his travels can be seen in "hamachi, wasabi, kosho, radish" and "octopus, mussel, curry, coconut, chilli, egg", for instance. The dishes are clearly structured and harmonious in taste, with interesting flavour combinations. The four- or five-course set menu can be expanded with a few smaller extras such as oysters or sardines. In summer, it is a treat to dine on the terrace laid out in front of the restaurant – a pleasant, quiet spot in the shade.

이 식당의 이름은 잘사는 웨스트엔드 지역에서 유래되었으며, 원시 인도유럽어에서 "물고기"를 의미한다. 그래서 해산물 중심의 요리가 주를 이루는 것은 전혀 놀라운 일이 아니다. 셰프 겸 오너는 이곳에 가게를 열기 전 아시아(싱가포르와 일본 포함)에서 시간을 보냈으며, 그의 여행에서 받은 영향을 "하마치, 와사비, 고추냉이, 무"나 "문어, 홍합, 카레, 코코넛, 고추, 계란" 같은 요리에서 확인할 수 있다. 요리는 구조적으로 명확하고 조화로운 맛을 지니며, 흥미로운 맛의 조합을 자랑한다. 4코스 또는 5코스 세트 메뉴는 굴이나 정어리 같은 소규모 추가 요리로 확장할 수 있다. 여름에는 식당 앞에 마련된 테라스에서 식사하는 것이 즐거운 일이다. 그곳은 그늘 아래에 위치한 쾌적하고 조용한 장소다.
